VVIP Travel Agent, Media & Entertainment (Remote)
Full time, London, United Kingdom
Please note this will be an on-call 24/7 position.
As a VVIP Travel Agent, Media & Entertainment, you will
- Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfil client requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage travel requests via telephone, mobile phone, email, text messaging, WhatsApp, and other client-preferred communication channels, always delivering exceptional VIP service.
- Search, create, modify, and confirm complex domestic and international travel reservations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level, VVIP, and Media & Entertainment travellers, providing proactive travel consultation and support.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide compliant, solution-focused recommendations.
- Fulfil all travel requests in accordance with DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and immigration requirements.
- Apply expert knowledge of airline, hotel, rail, chauffeur, and car rental supplier rules and fare regulations.
- Manage schedule changes, disruptions, ticket exchanges, reissues, refunds, and complex itinerary amendments.
- Proactively monitor and track traveller movements and flights, identifying delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and operational disruptions before they impact the traveller.
- Provide immediate assistance and alternative travel solutions during irregular operations to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Support a 24-hour, 365-day-a-year operation, ensuring continuous service and flight monitoring for VIP and high-profile travellers across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and develop current knowledge of industry developments, airline policies, travel regulations, and supplier updates.
- Upon joining the team, provide coverage for existing VVIP accounts during periods of annual leave, absence, or increased workload, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining the highest standards of client support.
- Being available to work at the London office when required.

About You
- Proven experience servicing VIP, VVIP, Executive, Media & Entertainment, or celebrity travellers.
- Advanced proficiency in both Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems.
- Fully competent in creating and managing reservations from start to finish, including air, hotel, rail, car rental, private jets, and chauffeur bookings and meet and greet.
- Expert knowledge of ticketing, fare construction, exchanges, reissues, refunds, queues, and Phase 4 quality control processes.
- Able to step in and manage established VVIP accounts with minimal supervision, maintaining service continuity and client confidence from day one.
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing requirements, and travel industry procedures.
- Experience proactively tracking flights and managing travel disruptions in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work within a 24/7/365 service environment, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and on-call support when required.
