Role Description
The VIP Travel Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, responsible for managing end-to-end travel services for high-value and executive clients. This role involves designing and overseeing complex itineraries, coordinating flights, hotels, ground transportation, and special accommodations with a focus on comfort, security, and discretion. The VIP Travel Manager will liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure premium services, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues before, during, and after travel.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role also requires maintaining accurate client profiles, tracking preferences, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery and support sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Travel Management and Travel Arrangements skills, including experience planning complex, multi-leg itineraries for VIP or corporate travelers.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and discreetly with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and relationship-building abilities, including promoting value-added services and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in a VIP, luxury, or corporate travel environment.
- High level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and related software; familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to support clients outside standard business hours when required.
- Formal education in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent professional experience.
