Are you seeking a career that seamlessly merges your clinical expertise with an extraordinary global adventure? We are searching for an exceptional registered nurse to take on a permanent role offering dedicated 1:1 care to an 80-year-old VIP.
This position transitions your daily practice from the hospital to stunning private estates and a breathtaking superyacht.
Prepare to navigate through the most coveted Mediterranean destinations, with a travel itinerary that includes Marbella, the Algarve, Mallorca, the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza, Greece, and Monaco. While the environment is undeniably luxurious, your medical responsibilities remain paramount. You will be tasked with continuous chronic condition monitoring, executing high-level medical coordination, and overseeing daily medication management.

You will have the ultimate peace of mind knowing that our protocol mandates double-nurse shifts, ensuring you are always accompanied by another qualified RN on duty.
In addition, you will practice under the expert guidance of a Western-trained Lead Doctor and alongside Western-trained Physiotherapists.
Requirements
- A 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized Western-accredited institution.
- A minimum of 4 years of recent, fast-paced clinical experience in an acute hospital ward, such as the ER or ICU.
- Complete fluency in the English language (Native or certified C1 Advanced).
- Total flexibility and readiness to embrace continuous international travel.
