Role Description

The Virtual Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, supporting the smooth operation of Black Horse Care Limited’s care services. Daily tasks include:

  • Managing calendars and schedules
  • Organizing and maintaining records
  • Preparing documents
  • Supporting executives with administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Directing communication to the appropriate team members

The assistant will coordinate with care teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This position requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualifications

  • BSc.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and support clients and staff.
  • Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with reports, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic database management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced care environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, social care, or a care-related setting is an advantage.
  • Relevant vocational training or education in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
