Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote administrative support across day-to-day business activities
  • Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and general correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, records, and digital files
  • Support meeting scheduling, coordination, and follow-up actions
  • Respond professionally to routine customer and internal enquiries
  • Carry out data entry and maintain accurate information in internal systems
  • Assist with general business administration and team coordination
  • Help ensure tasks, deadlines, and administrative workflows remain organised

Requirements

  • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
