Role Description
This is a 25-30 hours a week, remote Virtual Assistant role. The Virtual Assistant will support the digital marketing, including video editing and graphics. Responsibilities include:

The Virtual Assistant collaborates closely with the marketing team, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality support for the marketing staff.
Salary
Competitive (based on experience)
Note: Before the role is permanently offered, you must complete a trial period to ensure you can work within the team effectively, following the structure and brand identity clearly.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including calendar management, document handling, and task tracking.
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools (e.g., email platforms, word processing, spreadsheets, and cloud-based systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Customer service mindset, with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly, solution-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when updating records, preparing reports, and managing sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently while collaborating with on-site team members.
- Previous experience in video editing and graphic designing.
