Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Travel 11. The Virtual Assistant will support daily operational and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, organizing client appointments, and coordinating communication across email, messaging platforms, and calls. The role includes assisting with visa-related documentation, updating client records, and preparing basic reports or summaries for consultants. The Virtual Assistant will help maintain internal workflows, track case progress, and ensure that information is accurate and easily accessible to the team. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with consultants, respond to client queries professionally, and follow established procedures to support smooth service delivery.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, document handling, and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as email platforms, spreadsheets, shared drives, and online communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client-facing correspondence clearly and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and document review.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes.
  • Customer service or client support experience, ideally within professional services or travel/immigration-related environments.
  • Comfort working with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and following compliance guidelines.
  • Relevant education or experience in administration, business support, or a similar field; prior experience as a virtual assistant is an advantage.
