About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the founders and wider team at Nesti.

This will be a varied role in a fast-moving business. You’ll help keep everyday operations organised, make sure important tasks are followed through and take administrative work off the founders’ plates.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the founders with day-to-day administration
  • Arranging travel, booking hotels, visas, agendas
  • Organising files, folders and company documents
  • Preparing and sending approved payments
  • Tracking invoices, payments and receipts
  • Following up with team members, suppliers and partners
  • Organising information across spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Taking notes and documenting actions from meetings
  • Helping ensure deadlines and outstanding tasks aren’t missed
  • Handling general Nesti administration
  • Supporting with other tasks as they arise

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is extremely organised and detail-focused
  • Communicates clearly and responds quickly
  • Takes ownership instead of waiting to be chased
  • Is confident using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and calendars
  • Can handle sensitive company information confidentially
  • Is comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities
  • Notices problems and finds solutions
  • Is reliable, adaptable and willing to go the extra step
  • Has previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant or in an administrative role
