Role Description
The Virtual Assistant – E-commerce role is a full-time, fully remote position. In this role, the assistant will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including:

- Handling customer inquiries
- Supporting online sales activities
- Updating product listings
- Monitoring inventory
- Coordinating with suppliers as needed
The assistant will help optimise customer experience across digital channels by responding promptly and professionally to messages, feedback, and reviews. This role also includes:

- Managing brand social media accounts
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
What you need:
- Customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Tiktok Shop, Shopify, or similar), and with platform dashboards.
