Role Description
The Virtual Assistant role at Brisk Living Ltd is a full-time, Remote position based in London. This role involves managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business. The Virtual Assistant will handle email and phone inquiries, maintain records and databases, and assist with preparing documents, reports, and basic presentations. Responsibilities may also include coordinating guest communication, updating booking information, and liaising with internal team members and accommodation partners. The role requires consistent on-site presence, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.
- Managing Social Media Account
- Canva proficient (making Guides and Generating Leaflets)
- Airbnb Inquiries and handling Guest inquiries
- Proficient in common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for handling guest inquiries and internal coordination.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Customer service mindset with a professional, courteous approach to interacting with guests and partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, bookings, and administrative documentation.
- Previous experience in administration, hospitality, property management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or similar disciplines is an advantage.
