Virtual Assistant
Remote UK | £25,000–£30,000 pro rata | Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Working
One of our clients is hiring a Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and day-to-day business support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys helping a team stay on top of its workload.
Previous Virtual Assistant experience is helpful but not essential. If you have worked in administration, customer service, reception, office support or a similar role, your skills could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars and appointment scheduling
- Handle data entry, online research and document preparation
- Maintain spreadsheets, digital files and business records
- Respond to routine enquiries professionally
- Assist with meeting arrangements and follow-up tasks
- Support general administration and daily business operations
- Help keep tasks organised and deadlines on track

What We’re Looking For
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence using online tools
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- A reliable, proactive and helpful attitude
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support or virtual assistance is beneficial but not essential
