The FERG Method is a biomarker-led health coaching practice for high-performing executives, founders, and business owners who are quietly declining despite continued career success. We're looking for a virtual assistant to help keep the operational side of a growing practice running smoothly, so client experience stays sharp as things scale beyond a one-person operation.

Day to day, this covers diary and call scheduling for diagnostic consultations, coordinating at-home blood panel bookings with clients, keeping client records and tracking data organized, and providing light support across LinkedIn content, comments, and inbox management. You'll be working directly with the founder rather than inside a large team, so accuracy, discretion, and follow-through matter more here than the volume of tasks handled.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're looking for someone highly organized, comfortable working independently, confident communicating with clients directly by email and WhatsApp, and genuinely interested in health, performance, or diagnostic-led coaching.

Prior experience supporting a coach, consultant, or small founder-led business is a plus but not essential.

This is a remote, flexible-hours role, well suited to someone who wants to grow alongside an early-stage practice.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as email platforms, spreadsheets, document management systems, and online communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client-facing messages professionally and clearly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, preparing documents, and managing sensitive client information.
  • Comfort working in a coaching, wellness, or performance-focused environment, with discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating closely with the coach to anticipate needs and improve workflows.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with health, fitness, or coaching services is a plus, as well as a willingness to learn about biomarker-led approaches.
