Virtual Oral Care Consultant – Remote-Based (UK)

About the Role
As a Virtual Oral Care Consultant, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable presence behind our digital consultations. You’ll help individuals improve their oral hygiene routines, understand product options, and feel confident in their care choices. Your role will involve delivering personalised advice, supporting product education, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess customer oral care needs
- Recommend suitable products and routines tailored to individual goals

What We’re Looking For
- Background in dental hygiene, dentistry, or oral health (qualified or experienced)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
