Virtual Events Production Coordinator

Salary: £22,500 per annum (£30,000 FTE), plus company benefits

Location: Fully remote – must be based in the UK

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 30 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid break, flexibility is essential to accommodate global event schedules and client needs

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Virtual Events Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of virtual events across the EMEA and APAC regions.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, technically proficient, highly professional, and comfortable working directly with senior executives and stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless event execution from planning through post-event delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and execute virtual events using Zoom Webinars, Zoom Meetings, and ON24 (experience with ON24 preferred but training can be provided).
  • Configure event platforms, manage event logistics, and conduct technical rehearsals with presenters and stakeholders.
  • Provide live production support during virtual events, including monitoring attendee experience and troubleshooting technical issues in real time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Manage post-event activities, including recording distribution, reporting, and asset delivery.
  • Perform basic in-house video editing for post-event recordings and content (preferred but not required).
  • Maintain a professional, polished experience for presenters and attendees while ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and event schedules while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.

Personal Attributes

Required:

  • Experience producing virtual events using Zoom Webinars and Zoom Meetings.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot live event issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the confidence to interact with senior executives and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to adjust working hours to support global events across EMEA and APAC.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ON24 virtual event platform.
  • Basic video editing experience for post-event recordings and digital assets.
  • Previous experience supporting corporate or enterprise virtual events.
