Global Policy Network (GPN) is a proactive global health think tank focused on policy, education, and sustainability. GPN convenes policy leaders, market access experts, academics, payers, innovators, and civil society to advance evidence-based solutions that improve access, affordability, and equity in healthcare and education. Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 and SDG 17, GPN operates at the intersection of policy, strategy, and implementation to drive measurable global impact. The organization collaborates with governments, international organizations, industry advocates, nonprofits, and research institutions to strengthen and transform health systems worldwide. Role Description
The Virtual Executive Assistant is a full-time remote role supporting senior leaders at Global Policy Network in their daily operations.

- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Organizing virtual meetings
- Handling correspondence
- Preparing presentations and documents related to health policy and strategy
- Tracking and processing expense reports
- Maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating logistics for global engagements across time zones
- Supporting executive projects
- Managing confidential information
- Streamlining administrative processes to enhance productivity

Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills:
- Calendar management
- Meeting coordination
- Document preparation
- Experience with Administrative Assistance functions:

- Supporting day-to-day operations
- Proficiency in handling Expense Reports:
- Tracking
- Reconciliation
- Adherence to organizational policies
- Excellent Communication skills:
- Written and verbal
- Interacting with diverse global stakeholders
- Preparing professional materials
- Comfort with remote work tools:
- Video conferencing platforms
- Shared drives
- Project management software
- Strong digital literacy
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently across different time zones
- Previous experience supporting executives in policy, nonprofit, consulting, or global health settings is an advantage
- Relevant education or training in business administration, communications, public policy, or a related field is preferred
