Role Description

The assistant will collaborate closely with clients to understand their priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure accountability for agreed actions. This position requires proactive problem-solving, confidentiality, and consistent, professional communication in a fully virtual environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, including calendar management, task tracking, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional email correspondence, meeting coordination, and stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and remote work platforms, such as office productivity software, video conferencing tools, and shared cloud storage.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines across different clients or projects.
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in their work.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate accountability in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar support role is highly beneficial.
  • A background in business administration, operations, or related fields, and familiarity with subscription or service-based business models, is an advantage.
