Job Title: Virtual Inspector (Customer & Compliance)
Location: Falmer or Durrington, hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on experience, skills and qualifications

What you will be responsible for
We are seeking a professional who possess a wealth of knowledge in the water industry and water supply networks, gained from a previous customer-facing role. By leveraging the power of video, imagery, and AI, you will expertly handle customer calls to analyse their issue and swiftly determine the best next course of action, enabling us to achieve speedy resolutions. Coordinating third-party involvement for repairs will be a seamless process for you, as you demonstrate your adeptness in managing customer interactions and raising work orders using our contact centre systems.
