Virtual Personal Assistant to CEO (Part-Time | 10 Hours per Week)
Our client, a growing publishing company, is seeking an experienced Virtual Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to their CEO. This is an ongoing, flexible contract role, ideal for an experienced PA looking for a long-term part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary and inbox management for the CEO
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and visa applications where required
- Expense management
- General administrative and personal assistance support
- Acting as a trusted right-hand to the CEO, ensuring priorities are managed effectively

Key Requirements:
- Previous PA experience supporting senior executives or CEOs
- Proven experience working as a Virtual PA
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Publishing industry experience is preferred
Working Arrangement:
- Approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility around when these hours are worked
- Predominantly remote
- Ability to attend fortnightly meetings in London with the CEO (all travel expenses paid)

This is an associate contract position, 10 hours per week (with the potential for hours to increase), paying £22.00–£25.00 per hour.
