Virtual Renewable Energy Sales Expert with Aira

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to join our Virtual Renewable Sales Team. As part of our virtual sales organisation, you will be responsible for converting online video appointments with customers who want to save money and reduce CO₂ emissions by switching to an air source heat pump and other clean energy technologies.

This is a hybrid role, split between working from home and our Camden office, delivering virtual appointments rather than in-home visits.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting video-based sales appointments with customers interested in heat pumps and clean energy solutions.
  • Educating and empowering customers on the benefits of air source heat pumps, solar, batteries, and other green technologies.
  • Reviewing customer-provided information such as photos, plans, drawings, and specifications to assess technical feasibility.
  • Creating accurate heat loss calculations and quotations.
  • Converting virtual appointments into sales using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
  • Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline via our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborating closely with Planning, Operations, and Design teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience using the Aira Sales Method

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
