At Abbott Diabetes Care, we're transforming diabetes management through innovative technologies including the FreeStyle Libre portfolio. We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Virtual Territory Manager to support our South Region through proactive customer engagement and opportunity generation.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage healthcare decision-makers through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the field sales team.
- Build relationships with clinicians and NHS stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Territory Managers to improve targeting and lead quality.
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records in CRM.
- Consistently achieve activity, engagement, and opportunity generation targets.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or virtual selling.
- Track record of booking sales-ready meetings, with evidence of results and conversion metrics.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers by phone.
- Experience working to KPI and activity targets.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage a territory virtually.
- Resilience, persistence, and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to influence clinicians and NHS stakeholders remotely.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and digital technologies to drive productivity.
