🌍 The Outbehaving Founders Circle – A Legacy of Values-Driven Leadership
🔥 Join a council of visionary leaders shaping the world’s first people-owned global venture
We’re uniting the world’s most forward-thinking university leaders with a profound belief in working for the good of the next generation and humanity.
Outbehaving is building a new kind of life and money platform, powered by ownership, influence, and fair practice.
Imagine 100 million owners, all coming together to build the next global giant. This is Outbehaving.
We are creating a future where people contribute to something bigger than themselves, share in the value they help create, and shape a global system designed for society, not just profit.
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help build a world-class movement from the ground up, with the ambition to become a globally recognized, people-owned giant.
⚡ Why This Matters
The world is facing a growing trust gap.
The next generation is entering a world where wealth, opportunity, and influence remain concentrated, while the cost of living and uncertainty around their futures continue to grow.
Outbehaving exists to change that.
We are building a platform that connects daily life, community contribution, and ownership into one system, using the influence of athletes, creators, cultural leaders, and everyday people to drive global impact.
Our vision is simple.
People contribute. People build. People own.
Universities have an extraordinary role to play in shaping what comes next. They don't simply educate people for the future – they help shape the people who will build it.
🚀 The Opportunity – Founders Circle
We're bringing together an exclusive Founders Circle of university leaders, senior executives, founders, CEOs, and world-class operators who want to help shape the direction of a generational venture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
