We’re looking for Care Professionals to join our brilliant team to cover Sandy, Biggleswade, Shefford and the surrounding villages to provide quality visiting care to people in their homes. As a GoodOaks carer, you’d make a huge difference to the quality of our clients’ lives, having enough time to go the extra mile.
Whether you’re experienced or completely new to care, we provide full paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

🕒 Working Hours
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Evening shifts: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends required
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Flexible and guaranteed hours contracts available
🧡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with daily routines and household tasks
- Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing)
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
- Running errands (shopping, prescriptions)
- Supporting with personal care (where required)
- Medication reminders
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
- Respect for client dignity and confidentiality
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Right to work in the UK (required)
- 👉 No experience needed – full training provided
