Salary: £17,485.35 per annum
Job Location: Littlehampton – Oakland Court
Hours: 25 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Visiting Scheme Manager to manage our property at Oakland Court, Littlehampton. The scheme has 50 properties which include one- and two-bedroom flats. The position is a lone working role with support from a Regional Manager, Training and Support Assistant, and a Head Office Team.

Role Overview:
The role is customer facing and varied, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence and support the delivery of quality property management services, which respond to customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general management of the building including the organization of repairs and maintenance of internal and external communal areas, along with the structure of the building.
  • Monitor our cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning contractors to ensure they are delivering services in-line with the required specification.
  • Deal with generic leaseholder matters including lease and property queries, customer complaints, and any general enquiries that may arise.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A general understanding of building maintenance and repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
  • A general knowledge of leasehold property would be beneficial but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and able to manage their own workload independently.
  • Able to empathize with the resident age group - typically 65 plus.
  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer skills and a proven track record in providing services to those with a support need.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your extensive skills and experience to really make a difference.
  • Car parking is offered on a first come first served basis, although the Scheme Manager does have a designated parking space.
  • You’ll be expected to work Monday to Friday, 5hrs a day between 9am and 2pm.
