Department: Marketing & Communications

Location: Gibraltar

Description

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and commercially focused content across multiple platforms for Peninsula and for the CEOs’ wider portfolio of businesses.

The role sits at the heart of storytelling for the group — translating complex, global, and often technical activity into compelling content that builds brand authority, supports commercial objectives, and strengthens the personal brands of senior leadership.

You will work closely with the Art Director, Head of Communications, Head of Marketing, senior stakeholders, and external partners to plan, create and deliver content across digital, social, internal and external channels, ensuring consistency of tone, quality and messaging while adapting content appropriately for different audiences and brands.

This is a fast paced, high demand role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and edit high-quality content across visual content (short-form video, photography, graphics)
  • Support on day-to-day content creation for Peninsula’s digital and social platforms, including LinkedIn and website updates
  • Produce tailored content for the CEOs’ other businesses and personal brand activity, ensuring each brand retains a distinct voice while aligning with overarching values and standards
  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple brands, balancing reactive content with planned campaigns
  • Translate complex topics (e.g. global markets, shipping, energy, investment, sport, or entrepreneurship) into clear, engaging and accessible storytelling
  • Work closely with MarComms to capture insights, opinions and thought leadership through interviews, events and day-to-day engagement
  • Support internal communications through engaging storytelling, video updates and visual content
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and aligned with corporate messaging and reputational priorities
  • Monitor performance of content across platforms and adapt output based on engagement and insight with wider Marketing Team
  • Support major campaigns, announcements and events with creative content assets
  • Manage external suppliers where required (videographers, designers, photographers)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
