Help Shape the Future of a Newly Incorporated Mental Health CIC

We're seeking a Content Designer to help bring Serenity's calm, human-first brand to life through thoughtful visuals that support mental health awareness, community growth, and our journey towards public beta.

What Difference Will You Make?

The Visual Content Designer will help Serenity communicate its mission in a clear, welcoming, and visually engaging way. Strong visual communication is essential for building trust, reducing stigma around mental health, and helping people connect with our services.

Through creating thoughtful and accessible designs, this volunteer will help increase awareness of Serenity, support campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and ensure our brand remains consistent as we grow.

Their work will contribute directly to creating a recognizable and trustworthy identity for Serenity, helping more people understand our mission and discover a safer space to seek support.

What Are We Looking For?

The ideal volunteer will have experience creating digital content, strong design skills, and an ability to translate ideas into visuals that are clear, engaging, and aligned with a brand identity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
