Are you obsessed with the bleeding edge of AI imagery? Do you know your Midjourney from your Stable Diffusion, and can you make a bathroom render look so real you can practically hear the shower running?
We’re on the hunt for a Visual Content Specialist to join our fast-paced Website team at our Leyland HQ!
Working closely with our Web Admin Manager and collaborating with Product, eCommerce, and Marketing teams, you'll be at the forefront of scaling our visual content. If you love a hands-on role where you can churn out stunning commercial imagery at lightning speed using next-gen tech, this is the gig for you.
What You'll Be Up To 🚀
- AI Content Creation: Generate hyper-realistic bathroom environments, stunning lifestyle scenes, and seasonal variations that pop.
- Image Wizardry: Retouch photography, enhance CGI renders, zap away backgrounds, and polish lighting like a pro.
- Tech Exploration: Be our go-to expert across tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, Magnific, and Topaz AI, constantly sniffing out the next big thing in creative software.
- Keeping Things Slick: Manage workloads like a boss, hit those production SLAs, and keep our digital assets cleaner than a freshly scrubbed tile.
- Team Collaboration: Partner across departments to make sure every pixel aligns with our commercial goals.

What We're Looking For 🎯
- The Tech Stack: Proven hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools and rock-solid Adobe Photoshop skills.
- An Eye for Detail: Exceptional visual composition skills—you spot the tiny things others miss.
- Need for Speed: A passion for working efficiently at pace without ever letting standards slip.
- Tech-Hungry: A genuine passion for emerging AI tech and the ability to pick up new software faster than you can say "prompt engineering."
- Bonus Points: Previous eCommerce experience, a background in interior styling or home improvement, or a working knowledge of CGI and photography workflows!
The Practical Stuff 📋
- Location: Based out of our Leyland HQ (5 days a week, Monday to Friday). 08:30 AM - 16:30 PM
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
