Visual Designer - Brand Innovation Lab

The Brand Innovation Lab team at Amazon advertising is seeking a talented and passionate Visual Designer to create innovative, visually stunning and effective advertising experiences that tell stories and drive business performance for the world’s leading brands across Europe. The ideal candidate will combine visual design craft with a growing understanding of UX/UI principles and an introduction to web build execution in Webflow. Working within a defined creative strategy, you will contribute to campaign ideation and design, delivering functional, customer-centred experiences that drive business performance across Amazon's advertising platforms. You work under the guidance of Senior Creatives, with review of your output, progressing toward greater independence as your skills develop.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Design advertising experiences for leading global brands, executing campaign creative tasks within a defined creative strategy. Your primary focus will be display and web experiences, with exposure to video and interactive formats growing over time.
  • Learn to build responsive web experiences in Webflow, progressing from simple components toward full page builds as your skills develop.
  • Apply and develop your understanding of UX/UI principles in your work, learning how advertising experiences are made intuitive, accessible, and optimised for customer engagement.
  • Create user-centred, on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and project requirements within defined creative parameters.
  • Collaborate with your peers and cross-functional partners to deliver assigned tasks on time and to a high standard.
  • Contribute to pitch decks by creating high-fidelity visual concepts that communicate creative ideas to advertisers and agency partners.
  • Over time, contribute to shared design component libraries in Figma and Webflow, and to cross-platform rich media specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and brainstorm sessions as a tactical contributor, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Actively seek to grow your knowledge of design trends, UX best practices, web technologies, and Amazon's advertising ecosystem, applying what you learn to your creative output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
