Job Title: Visual Merchandise Manager, EMEAI

Department: Visual Merchandising

Reports to: Director Visual Merchandising, EMEA

Location: London Head Office

Overall Purpose of the Role

To uphold and elevate the brand’s luxury identity through exceptional visual merchandising across EMEAI. This role focuses on reviewing and implementing planograms, supervising store displays, and ensuring consistency and excellence in visual presentation to drive commercial performance and deliver an elevated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review and approve planograms for all EMEAI stores - Full Price, Outlets, and Wholesale - ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards and seasonal strategies.
  • Supervise store displays and visual execution, providing feedback and corrective actions to maintain premium presentation.
  • Conduct regular audits of store layouts and visual standards, reporting findings and recommendations to the Director of Visual Merchandising.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure timely implementation of visual directives and promotional campaigns, maintaining a luxury aesthetic.
  • Support the development of VM guidelines and training materials tailored for luxury retail environments.
  • Coordinate with production teams for props and display elements, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies in enhancing brand perception and driving sales.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, including managing vendor communications, following up on payments, maintaining accurate documentation, and monitoring deliveries to ensure timely execution of VM projects.
  • Setting up Press Days, Pop-ups, and external events in the region.
  • Travel within the region to oversee store compliance and provide hands-on support during key launches and seasonal changes.

Qualification/Education

  • University degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in software design (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with business objectives.

Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of proven visual merchandising experience within a luxury retail.

Particular skills/knowledge required

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple markets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
