We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to help create beautiful, inspiring showroom environments that encourage customers to imagine our furniture in their own homes.

Working across our retail estate, The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating inspiring, commercially effective showroom environments that enhance the customer experience, strengthen the brand, and maximise sales opportunities across multiple retail stores. The role ensures all displays showcase our sofas and accessories in a way that reflects current trends, seasonal campaigns, and the company's visual merchandising standards. • Review store layouts regularly and recommend improvements based on customer behaviour and commercial performance.
  • Implement promotional displays in line with marketing activity and product launches.

  • Balance creative presentation with commercial objectives.
  • Support stores in achieving sales targets through effective product presentation.
  • Conduct visual merchandising audits and provide constructive feedback to store teams.
  • Produce action plans to improve presentation where required.
  • Ensure consistency across all retail locations while recognising store-specific requirements.
  • Train store colleagues on visual merchandising principles and company standards.
  • Develop easy-to-follow merchandising guides for store teams.
  • Coach Managers in maintaining high presentation standards between visits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
