UP TO £40,000 DOE + COMMISSION
Are you a Visual Merchandiser in Gloucestershire looking for a new challenge in a luxury Ecommerce business?
Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
NOTE - This role is full-time, onsite. Please do not apply if you require a working from home arrangement.

The role:
- Plan and execute displays across stores
- Manage product moves, new launches and seasonal updates
- Respond quickly to changing commercial priorities
- Evaluate performance and identify opportunities
- Use weekly KPI and performance information to identify immediate visual merchandising opportunities to support sales growth
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure consistent execution of target
- Recommend commercially relevant opportunities, that balance brand standards and sales performance
- Lead the planning, preparation and delivery of seasonal installations and key visual projects

Experience and skills:
- Experience as a Visual Merchandiser within a luxury or premium environment
- Experience designing and implementing schemes and layouts
- Ability to work on site full-time
- Ability to analyse sales data
