For our store at Southampton Westquay SC we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will bring the MANGO brand to life in stores, combining creativity, commercial acumen and product knowledge to create spaces that inspire, enhance the shopping experience and contribute to results.
- You’ll implement VM standards, ensuring an attractive, consistent presentation that’s aligned with the brand.
- You will create and adapt displays and customer journeys to highlight key products and maximise sales opportunities.
- You will analyse sales, turnover and stock levels to make data-driven VM decisions.
- You will monitor the availability and restocking of priority products in line with commercial needs.
- You will optimise sales floor space, taking into account customer behaviour and sales performance.
- You will collaborate with the team to share product priorities, updates and opportunities for improvement.

- You have an eye for aesthetics and the ability to transform MANGO’s standards into attractive and effective displays.
- You are organised, flexible and business-minded, capable of making decisions based on product performance, stock levels and customer behaviour.

Job requirements:
About You
- Previous experience in visual merchandising (VM), preferably in the fashion sector, would be an advantage.
- Good level of English.
- Qualifications or training in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail, Art and Design or related fields will be an advantage.
- A passion for fashion and teamwork.
