The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Instore Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional visual standards throughout the store, creating engaging merchandise displays, and ensuring products are presented in a way that maximises sales opportunities and enhances the customer experience.
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work across a 7-day trading week, including weekends and matchdays.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and continually improve in-store visual merchandising displays in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and visual appeal are maintained at all times.
- Implement and execute floor plans effectively, ensuring products are displayed to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Monitor sales trends and proactively adapt displays to drive performance and respond to customer demand.
- Maintain stock replenishment and ensure merchandise is presented correctly and consistently throughout the store.
- Support promotional activity, seasonal launches and special events, including matchdays.
- Train, coach and develop team members on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure consistent execution of store standards.
- Work closely with management to identify opportunities for improving store performance and customer experience.
Essential
- Minimum 18 months' experience as an Instore Visual Merchandiser within a fashion, sports fashion or similar retail environment.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail presentation standards.
- Commercially aware with the ability to react quickly to sales trends and business needs.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Desirable
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or senior retail experience.
- Experience delivering training and coaching to retail colleagues.
- Passion for fashion, sports fashion and current retail trends.
