Working closely with the management team, you will drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and ensure the store is always presented to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
Your mission:
- Deliver and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Lead seasonal launches, floor moves, window displays, and merchandising updates.
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of VM standards.
- Ensure the store is always visit-ready for stakeholders and key business partners.
- Partner with senior management to deliver commercial and visual objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations and Back of House teams to ensure effective stock flow and presentation.
- Support key trading events, including occasional night shifts for launches and sales periods.

Qualifications
What you bring:
- Proven visual merchandising experience within a retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coaching and developing teams.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
- Passion for premium retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
