Visual Merchandiser | Oysho | UK & Ireland (Store-based)

About us

Inditex is a global fashion retail group behind brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties and Zara Home. We bring trend-led product to customers at pace, powered by creativity, strong store teams and a relentless focus on doing things better every day.

Oysho is where wellness meets style—designed for movement, comfort and modern living. We create collections that blend performance and fashion, from studio to street to downtime, always with a clean aesthetic and strong attention to detail. Our stores are calm but fast-moving: constant newness, an elevated experience, and a customer-first mindset that’s increasingly digital and connected.

The role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Oysho, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
