Nike London Icon is looking for the next full-time 40 hour Visual Merchandiser (VMS Athlete) on a 3 month fixed term contract, to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Visual Presentation Manager in planning spaces of the store to a premium standard for each season.
  • Hands-on execution of seasonal transitions and campaigns ensuring execution is delivered flawlessly and to a high standard.
  • Roll out programs and directives including best practice principles and deliver the training plan for store retail teams.
  • Proudly share store best practice examples to the business and support ongoing seasonal reviews to encourage learnings.
  • Compare and contrast weekly figures for commercial changes.
  • Regular commercial and marketplace research.
  • Analyse category figures and make commercial decision based on findings.
  • Partner with leadership teams to flag potential gaps & shortages in assortment.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Ideally, some demonstrable visual merchandising experience
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability

  • Full-time 40 Hours per week
  • You must be Fully flexible and may be required to work evenings and weekends​
  • This is a Fixed Term Contract for 3 months
