We are seeking a creative field visual merchandiser for our Brand Image Coordinator vacancy.
The role is to ensure the implementation of the Ralph Lauren seasonally visual merchandising guidelines, executing mannequins, interiors and window displays, that enhance/create the best customer experience, protect and promote our visual Ralph Lauren global DNA and support/drive sales within our own brought stores and/or our shop in shop (wholesale) stores within Central London.

Key Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable with our internal seasonally visual guidelines and make sure they implemented within your region
- Manage and implement seasonal updates/product pushes for each shop/ shop within shop within your region
- Create visually appealing merchandising that enhances Ralph Lauren DNA and maximizes sales potential
- Strong communication and partnering with the relevant teams with changeover dates/delivery status/capabilities of your region
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain visual standards and merchandising
- Train store teams on basic merchandising principles, maintenance, internal seasonal guidelines and provide seasonal training for the teams within your region
- Create and develop all seasonal floor plans
- Planning and implementing any new store opening, if scheduled within your region
- Enhance sales through visual merchandising that is in line with the company’s strategy

Reporting & Communication
- Utilise sales figures to support your visual merchandising
- Feedback callouts and opportunities to the relevant internal departments
- Communicate with the relevant departments/people using the Ralph Lauren Store visit report sent weekly on a Friday
- Travel and expenses reported on time and accurately
Skills
- Previous knowledge in Visual Merchandising within a retail environment
- Strong understanding of retail principles and merchandising techniques
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong organisational skills especially in time management
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to travel outside of their allocated region
- Ability to work flexible hours especially early mornings
- Physical ability to move merchandise and deco/props stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Luxury or fashion retail brands
- Photography skills
