Overview
A Visual Merchandising Colleague plays a key role in shaping how customers experience our store, creating an environment that is inspiring, easy to shop, and welcoming for everyone who visits. This role is responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that not only attract customers but also help them navigate the store with ease and confidence.
Our Visual Merchandising team supports store performance by delivering consistently high visual standards that put the customer first, ensuring products are clearly presented, accessible, and engaging. As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll take pride in creating a seamless shopping journey, using your eye for detail to ensure every display looks its best and helps customers find what they need while inspiring them along the way.
Pay
- 16-18: £8.71 per hour
- 18 plus: £13.39 per hour

- Take pride in ensuring the store always looks visually excellent, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across all areas.
- Deliver a customer-first approach at all times, ensuring displays are easy to shop, inspiring, and support a seamless customer journey.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for detail, ensuring all visual standards, signage, and product placement are accurate, consistent, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Support the delivery of visual merchandising plans by setting up and maintaining displays that are full, impactful, and commercially effective.
- Proactively identify and resolve any visual or stock presentation issues to keep the shop floor looking its best throughout the day.
- Ensure ease of shop for customers by driving on-shelf availability (OSA), as well as having all stock worked onto the shop floor in line with department merchandising standards.
- Ensure that our store always looks fresh, inviting, and representative of our brand for every customer who visits.
- Maximise in-store sales by supporting strong availability and well-presented stock, working closely with the wider store team.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to ensure all key lines, feature spaces, and promotional activity are set up to a high standard.
