Visual Merchandising Apprentice – L’Oréal Consumer Products Division

A Day in the Life

As a Visual Merchandising Apprentice within our Consumer Products Division, you will report to the VM Manager, spending 4 days in the office and 1 day at the University of West London.

  • Campaign Launch Support: Support the development of unique in-store presentations for new product launches.
  • Brand Consistency: Prepare and distribute launch guidelines, planograms, and manage store refit artwork.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and summarise monthly visual merchandising trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage purchase orders (POs), update databases, and champion sustainable POS materials.

Eligibility: No prior degree, GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent), and BBC at A-Level (or equivalent).
