About The Role
This is a critical opportunity to be at the heart of global visual merchandising operations. As a key bridge between central strategy and on-the-ground execution, you will ensure brand standards are impeccably maintained across a network of international franchise partners. Your work will directly enhance brand consistency and operational efficiency, beginning with the exciting initiative of building a comprehensive digital hub for visual merchandising resources. This role offers a chance to make a significant, visible impact on a beloved brand’s global presence and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visual merchandising communication and coordination with international franchise partners.
- Translate core visual merchandising strategies into clear, actionable guidance specifically adapted for regional implementation.
- Lead the development and organization of an online resource hub, providing essential visual merchandising guidelines and tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal visual merchandising stakeholders to ensure franchise executions consistently meet brand expectations.
- Provide detailed execution guidance and tracking support for seasonal and campaign launches.
- Manage essential visual merchandising administrative tasks, including the distribution of toolkits, calendars, and important updates.
- Monitor compliance with visual merchandising standards and facilitate crucial feedback loops with franchise partners.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of dedicated Visual Merchandising experience within a dynamic retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across various departments and cultural contexts, showcasing exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- A clear, concise communication style, coupled with a natural inclination for structured and consistent approaches.
- Comfort and proficiency in managing multiple deliverables and engaging with various stakeholders within a fast-paced setting.
- Essential ease and familiarity with shared drives and diverse digital resources.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in franchise or international retail markets.
- Prior experience supporting significant retail campaigns or seasonal transitions.
