Visual Merchandising Lead
Head Office | Hybrid
We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Lead to shape and deliver Bravissimo's in-store visual identity. You'll ensure our shop environments are inspiring, consistent, and customer-focused, working closely with Brand, Design, Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all window displays across the estate, from briefing design agencies to final implementation.
- Produce clear VM guidelines and communication for shops, ensuring consistent execution.
- Develop layout principles and visual standards that elevate product presentation and customer experience.
- Maintain and manage VM equipment, fixtures, and fittings across all shops.
- Respond to shop queries, range changes, and sell-through impacts.
- Partner with Cluster Managers and Retail Operations to coach and embed VM standards.
- Support new shop openings, refurbishments, and re-sites with effective merchandising solutions.
- Manage the VM budget and plan resources for future developments.
- Regularly visit shops to stay close to customer needs and feedback.

- Experience leading VM across a retail estate.
- Confident project leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Skilled in producing design-led printed materials and working with external suppliers.
- Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, enthusiastic approach.
- IT literate (Excel & PowerPoint) and flexible to travel across the UK.
