ARE YOU THE ONE?

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Visual Merchandising Manager who thrives on creating exceptional retail experiences, optimising product visibility, and using data-driven insights to maximise performance.

If you're passionate about retail, technology, customer experience, and merchandising excellence, love turning commercial priorities into impactful in-store experiences, and enjoy working with a wide network of stakeholders, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working across Samsung's UK & Ireland retail and contact centre estate, you'll play a key role in driving merchandising strategy, space planning, and retail execution across a diverse portfolio of locations. From product launches and retail activations to planogram management and customer journey optimisation, you'll ensure Samsung's products are presented consistently, effectively, and to the highest standard.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

  • Own the merchandising and space planning strategy across Samsung retail fixtures and displays, ensuring product placement supports commercial objectives and customer engagement.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise planograms across multiple retail formats, ensuring alignment with launches, activations, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with Activations & Operations, Channel Teams, Retail Operations, and key stakeholders to define product hierarchy, placement strategies, and customer journeys.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of merchandising activities, ensuring planograms and retail updates are approved and implemented ahead of critical deadlines.
  • Partner with external agencies to manage planogram platforms, continuously improving user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support product launches by defining merchandising requirements, fixture updates, display changes, and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with Samsung HQ teams to ensure global merchandising standards and best practices are adopted across the UK & Ireland retail estate.
  • Conduct regular retail visits to assess merchandising execution, validate compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage merchandising databases, fixture inventories, compliance tools, and retail systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and retail insights to identify optimisation opportunities and improve commercial outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
