- Protect brand consistency: Work with the Global Visual Merchandising Director to maintain the global standards, governance and approval processes that safeguard the Brand’s identity, while allowing appropriate market adaptation.
- Action annual and seasonal planning: Help to maintain priorities, scope and phasing for the global Visual Merchandising calendar.
- Drive excellence in global and regional execution: Maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with both global retail and the regional and local teams. Resolve execution challenges and maintain a clear feedback loop between markets and the global function.
- Champion innovation and sustainability: Identify emerging retail, material and production opportunities and embed more responsible, efficient and scalable practices in concept development and rollout.
- Augment capability: Assist the Visual Merchandising Director to improve ways of working across regional teams.
- Provide executive visibility: Assist with the presentation of strategies, concepts and take ownership of the delivery of the Visual Merchandising toolkits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
