Visual Merchandising Manager
We are partnering with a growing contemporary fashion brand to recruit a Visual Merchandising Manager, overseeing visual presentation across its UK and international retail portfolio.
Working closely with the Head of Visual, you will create inspiring, commercially effective displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic, while managing and developing an Assistant VM.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement VM guidelines for seasonal collections and product drops across stores and concessions.
- Lead floor refreshes, mannequin styling and window displays, adapting execution to each location, customer and available stock.
- Partner with Merchandising and Retail teams to align product presentation with range plans, deliveries and trading performance.
- Support new store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups, events and seasonal activations.
- Communicate visual standards and deliver styling guidance and training to store teams.
- Manage the Assistant VM and oversee VM tools, supplies and maintenance.

- Managerial VM experience within contemporary or luxury womenswear, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong creative styling skills, with experience building elevated, cohesive looks.
- Commercial awareness and excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Adobe or CAD experience beneficial.
