JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, the Central Visual Merchandising Manager will provide clear and concise visual merchandising direction to the regions through their knowledge of styling, global VM guidelines, assortment, and visual merchandising practices. This role partners closely with Central Merchandising, Styling, Architecture, Retail Excellence, and the Regional VM Teams. Ensuring creative and commercial goals are delivered and executed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and evolve a distinctive global visual merchandising language with styling at its core, translating seasonal narratives, creative concepts, and collection stories into compelling retail experiences.
  • Champion a styling-led approach to visual merchandising, curating elevated product presentations that celebrate craftsmanship, silhouette, colour, proportion, and fashion authority.
  • Partner closely with merchandising teams to ensure visual strategies support key commercial priorities while maintaining a strong creative point of view and luxury positioning.
  • Collaborate with design to interpret the brand's creative vision, ensuring all displays embody the intended aesthetic, styling direction, and cultural relevance of each collection.
  • Develop inspiring visual merchandising concepts and styling guidelines that balance artistic expression with commercial impact, creating a consistent yet locally relevant customer experience worldwide.
  • Work cross-functionally with architecture and activations teams to shape innovative fixtures, bespoke props, and immersive retail experiences that bring campaigns, collections, and brand stories to life.
  • Act as a creative styling authority for regional visual merchandising and retail teams, providing coaching, feedback, and inspiration to elevate execution standards and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Drive excellence in luxury product presentation, styling, and visual storytelling across all markets, ensuring global consistency while encouraging creative interpretation.
  • Support the conceptualisation and visualisation of windows, pop-ups, and special projects through compelling renders, styling direction, and innovative storytelling.
  • Continuously monitor emerging fashion, cultural, and luxury retail trends, translating insights into fresh visual merchandising and styling approaches that keep the brand at the forefront of contemporary luxury.

Demonstrate understanding of full strategic vision – demonstrate agility and flexibility to achieve required solutions

Support on visualisation of renders for windows and pop up team

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 5+ years experience working within in a Visual Merchandising role, experience in guidelines or supporting guideline development ideal
  • Proven experience working independently and creatively / innovatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a clear understanding of Merchandising and Business requirements
  • Experience working in a brand with large assortments – knowledge of Merchandising beneficial
  • Microsoft Office required, Adobe beneficial
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Working within a highly effective team to provide consistent industry-leading work
  • Strong awareness of luxury industry trends and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a reactive cross-functional environment
