As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you’ll act as a Swarovski advocate, ensuring consistency, quality, and sophisticated visual merchandising to WOW the customer. You’ll deliver an exceptional service and brand experience, while remaining commercially focused and inspiring your team.
About the Job
- Execute VM guidelines to ensure impeccable in-store presentation and brand consistency
- Act as a VM advocate and role model, inspiring the team and championing high visual standards every day
- Plan and implement window zoning, rotations, and in-store displays in line with VM guidelines
- Train and coach store teams to maintain VM standards and deliver inspiring visual storytelling
- Collaborate with the Store Manager, Planning, and Marketing teams to adapt VM concepts to local market needs
- Monitor displays, lighting, props, and furniture to maintain excellent store conditions
- Support the execution of VM for events, initiatives, and seasonal campaigns

About You
- Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrate a strong sense of style and a genuine passion for visual merchandising
- Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
- Responsible and able to take ownership with great organizational skills
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
