Role Overview
As a project manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are entered, completed, and communicated with clients. You'll collaborate closely with our Visual Communication Experts, who are on-site with clients daily. Your responsibilities include presenting and approving projects, handling client communications, and managing installations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and the work is completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with clients to update them on project status
- Organize and coordinate outside and inside installations
- Purchase and source vendors for complex project pieces
- Act as the in-house contact for clients, providing a friendly and professional voice
- Assist Visual Communication Experts on approved projects, requiring a positive attitude and organizational skills
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Daily Tasks Include
- Meet daily with Visual Communication Experts to identify new quotes and orders
- Manage current jobs and enter new quotes and jobs in the Point of Sale system
- Monitor email communications with clients and update projects as needed
- Coordinate installations and dates with clients and vendors
- Assist with product design-build ideas and acquire permits as necessary
- Engage with clients via email and phone for new orders or existing quotes
- Participate in morning workstart meetings and identify project needs and updates
- Ensure timely payment of projects and follow up on Accounts Receivable invoices
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and offer ideas
- Send thank you notes to high-value clients or gifts as needed
- Look for ways to WOW the client and create a memorable experience
- Occasionally consult with walk-in customers and prospects
- Back up the primary phone answerer to ensure excellent customer care
- Manage referrals and thank you gifts for those referring

Requirements
- Detail-oriented and willing to follow checklists and instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Confidence to discuss and recommend ideas and projects
- Friendly attitude and approachable, enthusiastic personality
- Drive and ambition to contribute to a goal-hitting team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and proven experience in handling multiple tasks

- Managed projects or had administrative and organizational experience
- Proven inside sales success with achieved goals
- Customer service background with phone and in-person interactions
- Great personality that people enjoy interacting with
- Sign or printing industry experience (not required)
- Proven organizational skills in past experience
- Prior positions requiring multiple task handling and priority management
- Quality check your work regularly for accuracy
Compensation
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
