About The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable digital experiences and maintaining enterprise-grade design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms. Your primary focus will be to craft intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces that seamlessly translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital product design, with a particular emphasis on Figma expertise, and a passion for leveraging emerging AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital product and platform design capabilities, showcasing a variety of user interfaces and design systems.
  • Extensive experience with Figma, including building and maintaining component libraries and scalable design systems.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools such as Magic Patterns and familiarity with emerging AI-powered prototyping platforms.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and usability principles to create pixel-perfect, inclusive interfaces.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring how AI and intelligent design tools can transform the design process and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually compelling user interfaces for digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve comprehensive design systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Utilize Figma and other design tools to create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet project specifications.
  • Integrate AI-powered design tools into workflows to enhance creativity, streamline processes, and improve overall design quality.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine interfaces and ensure accessibility standards are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and AI integration.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
