Visualfiles Developer

Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £55,000

Join a team where your development work has real impact.

We're looking for an experienced Visualfiles Developer to help design, develop and enhance business-critical case and workflow management solutions built on the Visualfiles platform.

Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that improve business processes, streamline operations and support the organisation's long-term strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, solving complex technical problems and contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Visualfiles applications, working closely with business stakeholders and technical colleagues to deliver robust, scalable and user-friendly solutions.

From gathering requirements through to deployment and ongoing support, you'll take ownership of the features you develop while helping to ensure high standards of code quality, testing and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
