Rive Gauche is an international design and delivery studio working across architecture, interiors, procurement, construction, strategic advisory, and project management. We create exceptional private residences, boutique hotels, branded developments, and luxury resorts for clients who understand that meaningful design requires judgement, care, and continuity.

We are looking for an exceptional Visualisation Artist to join our growing team on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing 3-dimensional, computer-generated renders to a high standard. They should be experienced in producing both interior and exterior architectural images. Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of luxury design is central to this role. Past interior design or architectural studio experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design:

  • Create visualisations for unique design concepts, for Interior Design, Interior Architecture & Exterior Architecture, in accordance with client briefs under the guidance of the project designers
  • Create initial drawing / setting out work through AutoCAD
  • Develop concepts in 3D using SketchUp, transferring 2D CAD information to 3D modelling.
  • Apply bespoke materials & specialist finishes to renders using rendering software such as Corona Renderer
  • Create lighting effects to set the required ‘day-time’ and ‘night-time’ visualisations using rendering software such as Corona Renderer.
  • Finalise images as required through postproduction software such as Photoshop.
  • Create visualisations for bespoke designs for joinery, furniture, light fittings, soft furnishings, window treatments, accessories etc, under the guidance of the project designers.

Required experience

  • 1-2 years interior design or architectural studio visualisation experience in the UK preferred but not essential.
  • High-end project visualisation experience either residential, commercial or hospitality
  • Knowledge and understanding of bespoke and high-end finishes

Required skills

  • Degree educated with design based qualifications
  • High level of graphic and presentational skills
  • Software skills must include: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, Word and Excel
  • Candidates must have experience using AI tools to enhance visualisation, rendering, and presentation outputs
  • Candidates should demonstrate good communication, excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to working, (can do attitude), with an ability to take the initiative
