Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Working Mobile Supervisor to be a shining example across a variety of our cleaning contracts. This will involve various cover cleaning, staff training and supporting management in a variety of tasks - such as picking up cloths / stock and delivering to our sites.
You will receive a company vehicle and fuel card with this role.

A valid 'FULL' drivers licence will be required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Cover cleaning multiple sites.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across various locations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and staff attendance

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and or janitorial services with a strong understanding of professional cleaning procedures and standards
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to professional cleaning operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues quickly
A valid 'FULL' drivers licence will be required for this role.
